Math + Spelling = How Much is Your Word Worth? {Monthly Collection}

This new set takes the idea of my top-selling Word Work Center and adds new variety for each month of the year!

Included in this bundle are monthly Word Work cards and matching recording sheet. Each month has a different arrangement of pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters to keep the interest high all year long!

This is a great activity to combine both math and word work!

I pair this sheet with a baggie of play coins and have students determine the worth of each of their spelling words. You could also use content vocabulary words, sight words, and more!

On the bottom of this page, they are asked which word is worth the most, least or if any are worth the same.

The second page is a simple recording sheet- I print several out on cardstock and laminate. Kids use dry erase markers to record their work so these can be reused year after year.

This is a great activity to ensure your students are practicing their money skills throughout the year, while also working on spelling words.
